Reservations cancelled by 4 p.m. EST 72 hours or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges. A 25 USD change fee applies once reservation is confirmed.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at time of check-n for telephone and other incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.

When not traveling with parents or a legal guardian, all occupants of a guest room must be at least 18 years of age and present a photo I.D. at check-in. A 250 USD damage deposit may be required at check-in. This will be refunded pending a satisfactory room inspection at check-out.

No RV's, semis, trailers or boats may be parked on the property. There is a maximum of two vehicles per guest room or suite.

Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.
